'The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. They can work on closet space because there isn’t any!! On arival no water in the room. You have to pick every day your water up from the front desk!
