'Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Voldoende zitruimte binnen en buiten. Mooie tuin. Zeer schoon en goede communicatie met eigenaar. Er loopt een drukke weg tussen strand en huis. Parkeren moet op enige afstand van het huis. Maar in en uit laden kan toch direct voor de ingang. Wel rekening houden met flink trappen lopen tussen weg en ingang. Zeer luxe en aangenaam huis. Goed verwarmd en prima faciliteiten.'

'We rented the house for 12 grownups.Downstairs it was allright for 8 people with 2 bathrooms.Although they are very small. But upstairs there was an other "bathroom"wich good not be used, so the 4 people who slept there had to use the downstair showers.There was also a gutter smell in the rooms. For the price ofthis house we payed, this is far to high. 'Very beautiful property and location. Everything was very clean. Host was friendly and communicated very well and promptly with us.'

'There is construction pretty close to the property, but it didn’t seem to get too loud. This wouldn’t be good for toddlers, as there are 5 flights of stairs. However, the elevator worked very well. We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot water one morning and the management company responded immediately.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aresti! It was the perfect base to begin our month long exploration of Spain. Lots of space for a family (or 2). Perfect location for beach access and it was nice to have outdoor space as well. One of the only non-apartment stays we saw in the whole City, which is what we were after.
