'On check out just 1 person at the counter during rush hour (8:30 AM). When I got home I discovered that they put the wrong invoice in an envelope. I need the invoice for my business administration. Already called to the hotel 3 times and emailed them twice, but it’s still not solved.
Besides, at dinner 3 items on the menu not available and the breakfast card was not collected at night. To get my breakfast in the room I had to explain the issue to 6 different people.

'I stayed alone but next to my colleague’s room, at Classic Room which is spacious and comfortable. We had been served well throughout the arrival until departure. We took nice breakfast with plenty of choices every morning which environment is spacious and pleasant. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had very good experience in the hotel.'
