'Altho no staff on duty we were sent a code to enter bldg & our room for 1 extra nite in Cluj once our room was ready early afternoon. Luckily we'd been staying just down the block and we were able to leave our luggage there until then as no staff on duty but we're able to talk to a helpful woman on the
phone. Tried to make coffee w machine in room but cold water came out- had time to grab a brkfst in little dining room before leaving for our flight . Room compact but comfy and very nice...

'The location is good, but this is not a hotel to stay and feel confortabil as you can hear everything from outside and the other rooms due the poor noise isolation. The internet is terrible, staff still learning and poor breakfast!
