'Clean rooms,'

'I wish it was better. The location was amazing! None of the door keys worked in everyone's room door, it was a struggle to get in each time. The front desk lady even struggled to help us in and several others in our group. Our drain in the shower was not draining so the front desk had to dump chemicals down the drain while we were there. Also, the tools used to clean out the drain were left in our bathroom. The hot tub was not working and was shut down. The carpet in our room had stains all over...

'Great room, attendant not helpful with printing, business center was advertised but not provided.'

'Het is een gewoon, goed hotel. Niet spectaculair, niet heel speciaal, gewoon Amerikaans goed. Mijn kamer had 2 queensize bedden, en alles was in orde. Spijtig van het vloertapijt en het bad dat ook als douche dient. Het personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'Staff was good. Our first room's door lock was non functional, allowing anyone to open the door without a key card. Staff gladly switched the room upon notifying them. The second rooms bathtub faucet ran a constant stream of water no matter how you moved the lever. Pool area could use some maintenance. Any corner or nook was discolored with possible growth or long-term staining. Kids splash area had chilly water for a pool. Overall a okay stay but would be hesitant to stay there again.'

'This place was as advertised. My group loved the east of stay. Would highly recommend'
