'It showed that we had free breakfast but we got there and there was no free breakfast the owner came up with some lame excuse so we were out of the pocket for breakfast every morning but yet online it shows that it comes with free breakfast it was included but some way he weasel the way to get us to pay for it'

'The property was wonderful, the staff was incredible. Great location and food was really good. Pool was amazing. The only thing I would change would be the access to the hot tub/steam room. One has to pay to use it as a massage service. Access to it would be nice with out charging for it. Other than that, its a wonder hotel.'

'Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to Paola. She is fantastic! Our room was fine. We had the Master Suite and it was attached to another room. There was one very big downside. We could hear everything from our neighbours. The conversations, farts and snoring. Very unpleasant. Because of the many instagrammers, the atmosphere was also not really optimal. So perhaps we are not quite part of the target group.'

'Prima hotel voor 1 of paar overnachtingen. Centraal gelegen. Niet iets voor langere duur. '

'We kregen een vriendelijk ontvangst. Er stond een flesje wijn voor ons op de kamer. Hotel Terasu ligt zo’n 8 minuten wandelen buiten het dorp. Het hotel is keurig verzorgd en schoon. Leuk is dat ze een hottub hebben en een sauna, die je gratis mag gebruiken. Het was jammer dat we de minst prettige kamer kregen. Tegenover de receptie, langs de weg en met bovenburen. De gebouwen zijn van hout. Je hoort elke stap die de bovenburen maken. '

'Lugar organizado y limpio. Muy buena disposicion y atencion del personal. El spa no estaba funcionando en remodelacion (seria bueno indiquen esto por el periodo que no estará disponible), esto tambien hacia que se debiera trasnsitar por fuera para llegar a recepción. En general agradable estancia, el comedor tiene una bonita vista tanto a la cuidad como a las montañas. Lo mejorable: aislacion de ruido y demasiada iluminacion en las noches que entra a las habitaciones.'
