'We had a luxury hotel experience here, with excellent meals and great amenities. I have 2 remarks though. Firstly, the level of English of some of the reception staff was a bit lacking, which made it difficult to communicate with them. Secondly, when checking in, a R$400 charge was taken from my credit card as a safety. 'Centric location, close to pharmacies, parks and other places. Overall, clean areas, comfortable bed and quiet. Great buffet for breakfast and the personnel was lovely helping with any inquiry and speaking in English. It was a great experience. Based on my experience, great price compared to others. '
