'The location was excellent. The pool was suboptimal. We received an email asking us if we would like to upgrade rooms which we did however we did not get the upgrade but were not notified of this. I actually would have booked a different hotel/room as we had been travelling extensively and needed a washer/dryer. The checkin staff was lovely but couldn’t help us at that point. Also given a wheelchair accessible room which we did not need - this room has very little (none) storage/counter space....

'I expected amenities like charging phone or usb socket in bed room and tooth brush in bathroom but they don’t have provide in our room. If we ask them, we may have one but we pretty busy to stay there. Don’t have time to asked them. So it was bit concerned. '
