'The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key). '

Would recommend to anyone coming to Calgary looking for a quiet downtown location that still offers walking distance to great food and the downtown amenities. Great customer service by Karyna who looked after us as well. '

'We have nothing but good things to say about this property. It was super clean, nice, and in the best location. The manager was so helpful and nice and check in and out went very smoothly. The apartment is perfect for a trip when you want to do a lot of walking in Calgary, we did not have to uber or drive anywhere because of its central downtown location. 100% would recommend to anyone staying in Calgary!'
