'Check in was terrible. Having prepaid for the room, then being told you MUST have a credit card ONLY to pay a $100 deposit. VISA debit is NO GOOD. CREDIT CARD ONLY. For travellers that don’t have one would be screwed. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL'

'The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit.'
