'The guy at the front desk was very rude and unaccomodating. My confirmation for the reservation didn't say anything about needing a credit card it just said to bring that card you used for the reservation which was my debit Mastercard. He refused to check us in or let us give a cash deposit and just turned us away. I asked to speak to a manager and he would not even get anyone. Do not recommend this place at all.'

'This was my third time staying there, and for one night as well. I love staying there because it’s affordable and it’s amazing what you get with such a an amazing affordable price. The room was comfortable and the amenities were awesome. Plus, the staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful. Love staying there whenever I’m in Calgary, and will most likely be there again the next time I’m in Calgary. Thank you so much for everything.'

'It is an old property with very little to no renovation or upgrade. It is still presentable and rooms are spacious. Room service does not clean everything or refills the used coffee packets and paper cups. Breakfast menu is good but the service is very poor. Instructions are not clear for where to keep your plates after you are done. Also, the forks and spoon that came out of dishwasher were not clean at all. We used our own disposable spoons and forks.'
