'Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is simply that the rating was so high I expected more. Definitely on the pricier side. But not crazy by no means. However I've stayed at less expensive places that offered more. No continental breakfast, but that's fine, however I hoped I could get muffins or something like that from their small marketplace, but it's only'

'Check in was quick and easy. However, the hotel itself is getting run down. Rooms are very small. There was hair in the bathtub which was disgusting. Chair in room was filthy.'

'Room was clean, 2 of the three elevators were broken at the time we were there. Absolute wild chaos in the pool and waterslide with young kids from sports teams. Almost no chaperones by parents and every rule on the board was broken. The staff seemed to have zero ability to maintain control. Morning breakfast was good, appreciated the Starbucks coffee.'
