'Staff was helpful and understanding when we brought to their attention that our room smelt musty and there was a large leak of water from the ceiling, they promptly ensured we received a new room despite being booked full during a very busy summer stampede weekend. Rooms clean, however each bed only came with 2 very flat pillows. Only 1 mirror in each room. Some plug in sockets did not work. Minimal towels and such supplied for each room as well. 'Property was super clean, beds were really comfy and the casino was great. We went to try the Sunday brunch and the food was great as well. It has been a long time that I have not seen them have an omlette section in their buffet and it was fresh and delicious. Good job!'
