'Room was clean & quiet. On site restaurant was good, service was great. '

'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'

'The hotel has a retro 50's vibe, with the lounge being full of unique, eclectic pieces of art and cosy furniture. There are many little areas in the lounge to curl up around the central fireplace or outside to meet with friends, as the atmosphere is welcoming, and homey. The rooms are beautiful, with vibrant colours, and full of essentials. A little nespresso machine with pucks would be a nice addition for that early morning hit of caffeine. 'check in receptionists with a non-caring attitude, never mentioned my food and beverage credits. Assigned us to a very old place'

'Check in services were exceptional. They were very welcoming and informative. We visited the RED restaurant and food, drink, and waiter were also great. The host was a bit snooty and not very friendly. She didn’t even ask for a name or how many guest when she mistakenly sat us then removed us from a table by her error. I even tried to explain we do not have reservations and she still moved us to the wrong table. We got through it. Jacuzzi and pool were also nice, but bubbles were not...

'Staff at the restaurant are not too friendly. The food is overpriced and takes a long time to come out. Consider eating outside the resort if you want quality food. '
