8/10 Goed
We had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel World and overall enjoyed our time there. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient, especially for visiting the surrounding attractions.
However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt somewhat distant and less welcoming than expected. This was partly due to the style and design of the lobby, which did not provide the warm and luxurious arrival experience one would normally expect from a five-star hotel. It was literally one of the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had, the views, atmosphere, service, the hotel itself, the pool… all incredible. Because it was our first time in Jeju they even upgraded our room. 10/10, would recommend! Thank you so much!😍

Fijn hotel met een zeer gunstige ligging. Om de hoek bij het centrale metrostation City Hall. Mooie grote kamer. Vriendelijk personeel en een fijn zwembad in de kelder. Ontbijt was ook prima geregeld.
