'Other than taking a while to roast the front desk person (we checked on after midnight due to a flight delay) everything was great.'

'I stayed here when my daughter was graduating with a master's degree at Madison on a very busy weekend. I was lucky to find this simple, clean hotel just a short drive from the university without all of the construction and parking issues. I really just needed a place to sleep and change in between graduation festivities, but it was very clean and the room was great. I didn't have a chance to make use of any of the amenities because I was so busy with family things, but I enjoyed a lovely run...

'Staff were extremely sweet. Hotel smelled amazing and clean. Our room was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Two restaurants right in the same parking lot as well for convenience!'

'Only complaint was that no matter how hard my husband tried, he was unable to establish wi-fi connection. When he went to the front desk first assistance the first night, he felt the staff was unprofessional and borderline rude. When he asked for a manager he was told the manager would be in the morning. She stated there was nothings he could do about the wi-fi. The second night a different staff was on duty,he again asked for assistance and even brought his laptop downstairs. STILL NO WI-FI. ...
