'優點：整棟樓房非常潔淨、光亮，一塵不染，住得非常舒服。我們是兩個大人和兩個小孩同行，住了六天，期間有煮食，物品提供設備齊全。乾衣機房效能快，洗完衣服後很快便可以晾乾。有一個車位泊車。屋主能很快便回覆電郵回答問題。 缺點：唯獨樓梯有點高，如果帶老人家同行要小心行走，老人家也未必能走到三層高的睡房。另外在網上預約前期登記入住，抵埗前兩天給我的連結有問題，屋主亦未能協助解決，說是網站提供的連結，我不懂電腦，要找做電腦技術人員的朋友幫忙，方能解決連結問題。其他一切都很完美。'

'Great price/quality. Public transportation connections are great. Less ideal was that the A/C didnt really work, but due to train tracks right outside you couldnt really sleep with windows open either. Best to bring earplugs for light sleepers because trains pass by continuesly and its not completely sound proof. '

'De medewerkers bij het ontbijtbuffet zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, zeer ruime keus. De kamer is prachtig, ruim en heeft een aparte douche en wc. Het uitzicht op de baai is fantastisch.'

'Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review.'

'+grits welkom drinken en snacken +ontbijt - Ik was niet lastig, maar het hotel stond dichtbij de spoorlijn. Dus sommige mensen zijn lastig lawaai van de trein. Dit hotel heeft Onsen(Japans spa). Ik gebruikte niet Onsen. Maar most ik Onsen belasting betalen. '

'Great views of the sea, the Ferris wheel and Kobe Tower. Right next door to Harborland malls for shopping and food. Ten minutes walk to JR and local lines. Staff is friendly and helpful and speak a bit of English.'
