'De entree is spectaculair, maar inchecken nogal lastig. Je moet precies de juiste naam opgeven, anders herkent de online incheck je gegevens niet. De medewerkster die even later kwam helpen kon nauwelijks Engels spreken. Ze had wel een vertaalapparaatje, maar een Engels sprekende medewerker heeft de voorkeur. De Onsen was weer heerlijk.'

'We verbleven hier een nacht voor onze vlucht. Het hotel vonden wij heel mooi, comfortabel en schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De wasmachine maakte onze kleding echt goed schoon. Het was ook goed gelegen dicht bij het vliegveld. '

'Very good service, this hotel is 2 min away from the Rinku town train station with a partial covered walkway. The rooms are Japanese standard, so quite small but enough for a solo traveller. The breakfast was good, although a few more western options would have been appreciated. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport (check the schedules!) and a convenience store located within the premises.
