Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend! '
