'Special shout out to Anthony on 9/17 who did some quick-thinking troubleshooting to resolve a problem with our reservation. I thought I reserved a double queen room but when we arrived, there was one bed in an ADA room. We had had a long day's drive and really wanted/needed our own beds to rest. Anthony swapped our room with another guest who needed only one bed. We really appreciated his effort to resolve the situation.'

'The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, went out of their way to help make guest feel welcomed and well taken care of. The food was delicious!! The area was perfect, not too busy, parking was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience 10/19'

'Rooms were large and had recently been renovated. Good value for visiting Mayo Clinic. They had a shuttle but we had to be there at 5:46 am so could not take it. Lots of smokers outside, but hotel cannot control that. '
