'This place is awesome! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). The hosts did an amazing job with the amenities.... from the game cabinet, K-cup variety, kitchen necessities and kayaks, there was nothing our family needed that we couldn't find. 'My two young sons and I had a very nice visit to The Boathouse. The lake is well used but not busy and the water is calm. We spent our time on the kayaks, fishing from the dock, and on land with a fire to warm up the cool summer evenings. The Boathouse is well-kept, comfortable, and charming and the hosts are delightful and generous. The drive into the twin cities is very easy. I would definitely recommend. '

'The cabin was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, toiletries, etc. This was the best stocked rental I have ever stayed at. There were actually 6 beds instead of 4 which was a pleasant surprise although there were bunks and then 2 others were in a loft area.
