'The Blue Mountain Inn is in need of a update. Rooms are dated and worn out. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. It is clean and maintained and The village is fun.'

'Clean room, nice amenities, however we were disappointed to learn the the ground floor room we had booked was not available at the 4pm check-in and instead still had to wait until almost 5pm and was offered a room on the 4th floor. That would have been satisfactory, however the elevators were out of order and we had to carry all our luggage, kids gear and children up the flights of stairs multiple times to get settled. 'Beautiful property with many walking paths. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. I think that buffet breakfast should be included in the price of booking hotel. They give a 20% discount voucher for food if you eat at their restaurant during your stay.'
