'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...

'The last time I stayed at the Westin was 40 years ago on my wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, the beds amazing, the staff excellent. The exterior of the hotel (outdoor vehicle drop-off and stairs to street level) seemed worn down, and could do with some brightening up. '
