'Our stay at the Seasons Building in Blue Mountain Village from July 1–5 was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would never recommend staying here, especially if you’re travelling with young children. We arrived expecting to check in at the advertised time, but our room wasn’t ready until 7:00 p.m.—a full three-hour delay. 'It was a great visit. It’s a nice hotel & we enjoyed the restaurant. They can improve by ensuring the room is stocked with necessities, as they only had 1 hand towel & 2 bath towels. We also ran out of Kleenex after a few uses. These are minor details, and of course I could call for more but it would be nice not to have to.'

'The Blue Mountain Inn is in need of a update. Rooms are dated and worn out. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. It is clean and maintained and The village is fun.'

'We stayed for one night at the end of June. Absolutely zero complaints. Hotel is only 1 month old so everything is new. Room was spacious and quiet. Restuarant / pub on site was a bonus although we only used it for the free breakfast which was basic but good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and we will stay there again.'
