'The room and property were amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The on site food options were also great. The only negative was that we were randomly charged on our credit card and we don’t know why? (No damages and did not include the deposit fee). Other than that it was great.'

'I booked this hotel for a getaway for my son and I specifically because it advertised as having an outdoor pool and the weather was beautiful. Upon arrival, I was incredibly disappointed to find out the pool was closed. To make matters worse, each person at the front desk had a different excuse (the pump was broken, they were waiting on an inspection, it was my fault for not asking if they had an outdoor pool and my favourite "its a seasonal pool and July isnt the season we open the pool"). 'We stop in Sarnia on our way to Michigan and have stayed at the Four Points previously, but we have a teen boy and need a one bedroom suite and they didn’t have one this year, so we ended up in their Executive Suite. The parking and building entrances are a little bizarre. The hotel restaurant wasn't open around 8pm on a Monday. The front desk staff was a little curt, but mostly fine. The room itself was very clean, very modern, and well appointed. They have L’Occitane products and a Nespresso...

'The hotel is located by the lake in the centre of the town. Is the service attitude good, but its facilities are slightly better than those of a motel. I wonder why it is classified under IHG on the website.'
