'Gaaf hotel in een voormalige toren! Boek een kamer met uitzicht op de Falls het is het extra geld echt waard! Kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant maar voorzien van alle gemakken. Je auto kun je tegen betaling parkeren, shuttlebus brengt je heen en weer naar het parkeerterrein. Vergeet niet je kortingkaarten die bij je kamersleutel worden geleverd te gebruiken! Niagara Falls wel v.w.b. eten en drinken heel erg duur!'

'We spent the August long weekend at this hotel. This is our forth stay at the Charles Inn in the last two years and will we will definitely come back again. We usually stay in the Premium rooms, which are more expensive than the Deluxe and Petite Rooms. As it goes, you get what you pay for. 'My friend and I stayed at this lovely boutique hotel on Spadina Ave. As two women travelling we felt safe and secure at this location. We could reach everything by walking or public transport. The room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The building has a nice industrial look which we liked very much. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor, compliments to the chef! Overall we had a fantastic and awesome stay, we will definitely be back.'
