'Patty was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was good and kept fresh. I do think I observed a. “Illegal” purchase in the parking lot….reported it to Patty, it made me very uncomfortable. Those action often end up a bad situation.'

'Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The first time the staff guy was helpful and friendly. I booked two rooms, one was good, but the other one reeked of cigarettes and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The second day of check-in was terrible, it was a different person from the night before, and the lady was rude. We had some issues at the room so I called to ask for help. She said she would be there in a few minutes, but she never showed up.'
