'Unfortunately, this review is not what I like to write. Upon entry, at 4:30 pm (check-in being at 3 pm), the receptionist was in another room and slowly sauntered to the desk, as if I was an inconvenience. I had requested a lake view room on the 4th floor. He told me that they had 70 checkouts that day and had only 1 room available at that time as the housekeepers were still working.
