'I had a late night check in and Fernando was wonderful. I'm not good at parking so he parked my car for me, carried my bag and walked me to my room and made sure I was safely inside for the night. He is so kind, caring and took great care of me. He will treat every guest like they are his family. Management give Fernando a raise! He is the heart and soul of Sovanna Inn.
