'We stayed here because it was in downtown Ashland, which was convenient for our planned activities. Our room, while on the top floor and with a nice view, was not as clean as expected. There was popcorn clearly visible on the floor near the sofa from a previous guest; there were visible stains on the carpet; there were coffee(?) stains on the night stand surface; the only glass in the bathroom was smudged and obviously not washed. The coffee maker and the provided "pods" were not compatible so...

'Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Parking was generous and clean. Staff was courteous and efficient. '

'breakfast bar was lacking bread or muffins. And there was no yogurt. Coffee was not as good as in the past. There were more options in the past. The improvement in the handles in the shower are great. '

'The residence was fantastic in every way. Me and my family enjoyed all the amenities and seeing the wildlife around the house outside. This place is a magical place! Thank you again! We will be back in the near future. '
