'The small ac could not cope with the heat and was noisy, other than that room was great, beds are good rooms where clean'

'We checked in at around 10:00 PM. The key card for our first room did not work, so we were assigned a second room. However, while the key card worked for that room, the door would not open. After another trip to the front desk, the staff reprogrammed the key card for the original room, and we were finally able to get in. The breakfast was average, and the hot food options were fairly limited. When we checked in, the lobby coffee was not very hot, and the hot water for tea had already run...

'I stayed here for two separate nights that bookended another trip. It was great. The hotel provided transportation for me to get to a restaurant, the room was comfy and well designed and the staff were really helpful.'
