At the end of the day, it's basically a fishing camp, so you should go into it with reasonable expectations, but you could tell they put a ton of effort into offering a good product. We ate at the restaurant on property, and it was pretty good as well. Would definitely stay again.'

'We were put in a dingy basement room that smelled musty. No desk or counter space to work, no towel rack for bath towel, broken knob for light in the bathroom. The breakfast was decent as far as motel breakfasts go. The front desk guy was very helpful with special requests.'

The room was clean overall with new utensils for the kitchen and blackout curtains. However, the lack of sufficient indoor lighting made the place feel like a cave even on sunny days.
