'This felt like dropping in to grandma‘s house. This property has been in the owner‘s family for 100 years, and it feels very well lived-in. This is definitely not a sterile hotel room… there’s history here. Everything you could possibly need is provided and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy with family and friends. The main building has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a twin trundle, with a full bath between them. There’s a large eight seat dining table, and a comfy...

'We had a fabulous time, the hot tub was the highlight and scenery around the property. Not very good cell service or wifi so come ready to spend time with loved ones and in nature. The property manager is great and quick to respond. Very spacious with lots of places for the family to sleep and have their own space to chill. Oh! And they have a ton of towels which is great for water play and hot tubbing. '

'The property welcomed our pet and when our plans changed & we could not bring her, the Manager promptly refunded the pet fee. The kitchen was adequate, appliances above average, there were plenty of towels and hot water, and the home was clean.It was a 3 minute drive to the Redwoods visitor center and five more to the Redwoods Grove. Golden Grove is an excellent home to stay in to explore the redwoods.Disappointments were the porch light was burned out making it difficult to see the access codes...
