'The apartment was really lovely and as described and perfect for our birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a lot of broken glass all over the balcony which we didn’t realise until we stepped on it barefoot. We couldn’t find the outside bins as they were not where described. The access to the property in the evening was stressful as it is located in a very busy bar area which had people queued up to get. 'Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. 'This location is a bit out of the way but Royal William Dockyards is a great location on its own. The apartment itself was wonderful. Everything you might need plus a lot of extras. You are getting great value because it’s a bus or uber away from city centre. But the the wonderful views make it special. We loved our stay, and where would you get a two bedroom for such a price?
