'AC unit was broken and making noises. The pool was still being built so my kids were sad and wish they told us sooner that it wasn’t ready yet. The elevator broke multiple times with people inside. Place was brand new and probably opened too soon. Once all the kinks are ironed out it will be a nice place to stay. Our room was clean and staff was really nice. Location was great too and next to gas station, grocery and restaurants.'

'I booked 2 rooms. Our friends room was so dirty they tried cleaning it themselves but when they pulled back the covers and discovered the bed was full of hair, they checked out and went to another hotel. Our room the bed had an odor and I found several hairs in the bathroom and on the towels. The bathroom floor was dirty and the whole hotel needed painted and updated. Do not recommend'

'The manager Kerrie was wonderful! We had a couple issues that she did try to fix and even though she wasn’t able to, she did what she could. This is a wonderful place to stay, the staff was super friendly and we will stay again.'
