'The staff could not have been nicer, and honestly, their management left them with a terrible situation with unsafe 98 degree weather and a failing AC and a lack of fans. We had to move rooms and it was still 80 degrees in our new room. They didn’t have enough fans, which is not ok. They did find me an AC window but the very kind maintenance couldn’t get the window in the bedroom which is another layer of unsafe condition in a fire. Scary situation TBH. 'I had booked a room with handicapped accessibility. When we unlocked we could see it was either someone else's or a used room that was not ready yet (blankets were messed up). We were told at the counter that there are no other accessible room available and Expedia overbooks such rooms. When we went to our second room we couldn't lock our bathroom or fully close.
