'Beautiful view from balcony. Clean and comfortable'

'I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony...

'Friendly staff'

'We went down for my husband's 56th birthday it was the best stay ever. I would definitely recommend this property the location is excellent property was neat and clean i would book again.'

'WORST stay we have had in a Vrbo. The duplex reeked of pot/weed everyday, even the night we got there at 10pm. Contacted the lady who owns it and never received a call back or an email after she said she’d go take a look. I asked for a call back there was no further communication between her and I. There were multiple items broken or damaged in the duplex. The shower had mold in it, the master bathroom was not cleaned before we got there. There was also mouse poop all over in the hot water...

'Enjoyed and very relaxing view...went to restaurant outside property and loved that we didn't have to go anywhere it was right outside the door...loved my stay and will look for this property again'

'Beautiful place, had everything we needed.'

'There is no linens for the hideaway bed and when we tried to call front desk, no answer or busy constantly'
