'breakfast very good quality for standard fare. Would definitely recommend having a prearranged plan to get to hotel if going from Houston airport. Can be very expensive if cab or uber. Best to rent car. Be careful of being charged by both transportation driver and hotel for travel from and to airport. '

'Friendly staff, in my stay for a week no making the bed or clean sheets, i had to ask for new towels. Only 4 chairs at the pool and every day i had to ask to open the pool. The hotel is a bit noisy but i felt save and welcome due to the staff.'

'The room we stayed in smelled of mold really bad. They were supposed to get someone to look into it but they never showed up. House keeping never came to clean our rooms the three days we were there. We had to track down some extra towels. They also charged us for parking for three day although I self parked.'

'Our room had broken curtains, tub drained poorly, tv screen going out, shampoo dispenser empty, floors in bathroom dirty.'

'the room was great, staff was helpful when needed. Missing was coffee in the room had to go to the office to get it, the TV kept shutting off and the remote stopped working several times this was before the storm. Staff had the only remote to reset which was bothersome. you could tell they have done a lot of work on their buildings to upgrade. Just not right on the beach like I thought it would be.'
