'Friendly staff, in my stay for a week no making the bed or clean sheets, i had to ask for new towels. Only 4 chairs at the pool and every day i had to ask to open the pool. The hotel is a bit noisy but i felt save and welcome due to the staff.'

'We stay in places like this all the time. If we come to Houston again, we would definitely stay here again. I just get so frustrated with pools at places like this. They're always filled with pee. You can't see past your hand in front of your face when you look underwater with goggles on. Other than that, the beds were fulls size but super comfortable and everything was very clean. Also, it's next door to Denny's, walking distance to a famous Mexican restaurant, and really close to Kroger's....

'I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel because, unfortunately, many of the negative reviews reflected my experience. As soon as I walked into the room, it felt very hot and muggy and had a strong odor that reminded me of an old, poorly maintained building. The room appeared unclean, and it looked as though the floors had not been properly swept or mopped. The walls and interior showed significant wear and gave the impression that upkeep had been neglected. The biggest concern...

'Room is clean, problem is their towels to include bath/hand and facetowels. Needed all new ones to include bath mats.'

'Room was updated and clean. I checked in at midnight so the staff wasn’t the most helpful. But it went quickly and was everything a basic hotel should be. Even though it is close to the highway, my room was relatively quiet. I would definitely go again. The hotel being dog friendly is also a huge benefit.'
