'Hotel was brand new since March 2026 so everything was beautiful. Check in was good & we were even able to get in a bit early. Reserve the airport shuttle upon arrival. Outside Pool was very nice. Thanks all!!'

'Hotel and rooms smelt lovely/refreshing, extremely clean… realizing that it has only been open 1 month, I’m sure a few kinks will be worked out. The first is the TV use and availability of streaming (It was not set up for Netflix, Prime, etc). Secondly, there really should be a microwave in the rooms. We went out to eat and could not bring leftovers back to reheat so I had to throw away 1/2 of a 30$ meal. Last thing to add is instructions on phone and TV use would be helpful. 'Great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Down side is the maintenance of the hotel and rooms. Pool didn't have towels and bathrooms had zero ventilation. Toilets need to be replaced but for the price you can't not beat the area or amenities'

'Do not book here. I don’t know where the 4stars came from but that’s a lie. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean this room. Toilets, shower, the floors everything was disgusting. Everything in the area was booked for a festival and I traveled from out of state and was stuck. I showed the employee the dirty toilets and nothing was done to fix the problem. Hallways smelled of mildew and had no ac. I booked two rooms and both were the same that’s after being switched to the second floor, the...

'The property is new and well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The bedroom was small with insufficient room for suitcases and there was only one suitcase rack. The bath was very large with much wasted space. IF the bath had a better layout the bedroom could easily have been larger and more comfortable. There was not a coffee maker or ice bucket which did not bother us, but it bothered our traveling companions in their room.'

'Very nice and super clean hotel, on the river bank. We had a lovely room with balcony and a view on thw river. Room was very clean and also breakfast area was kept very clean. Good shower. Easy access to Cherokee. We only missed a fridge in our room.'

'Nice place, 2 bedroom suite was big and beds were nice but the pull out couch was the worse ever. Springs in your back and the blanket was so scratchy. Couldn't use it at all, needs to be trashed and updated for sure.It cost me $18.00 to do 1 small load of clothes in their laundry room. A little box of tide was $5, 2 dryer sheets in 1 box was $5 and it cost $4 to wash a little load and $4 for the dryer. Seems a little high to me, glad I only needed to do 1 load.'

'I loved my stay at this resort. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed in a room with the balcony and the view was so beautiful. Everything was conveniently there. We really did not have to venture out. My family loved the game room and we had a blast. The pool was the best feature especially at night to see the lights. Thank you for my wonderful stay.'

'The hotel was relatively new. The staff was so friendly and I appreciated the dinner recommendations (Marco’s Pizza). Beds were comfortable, bathroom was roomy, and the whole place smelled so wonderful! I really love their soaps and shampoos- great smelling stuff! If we’re in the area, we’ll stay again for sure!'
