'If you are looking for something different and more of an experience for your stay, this house boat is something to consider. You have to take a dingy (very stable) out the the boat, a decent distance offshore, but everything worked great and was easy to operate. We brought groceries with us and there is a nice kitchen area and refrigerator that worked well for us. The stay on the boat was a nice getaway if you are looking for some solitude and quietness. Plenty of space on the boat to hang out...

'What a great place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed it here. The boat was spotless and clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. Sitting out on the deck and reading a book and getting some sun was the highlight of my trip. Lots of fun wildlife to watch. I felt like I got a dolphin parade both mornings. 'In August we stayed in Jason's houseboat for two nights. I was really excited about the idea of staying at the houseboat, but is was a bit of a deception. We are a family of four from Holland (Europe) and we're making a trip around Florida for two weeks. The minute we had our 4 suitcases on board, there was actually no space left for us.
