'The Gowdy apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jim met us and explained everything we needed to know and was helpful throughout our stay. We loved the location, and the back yard was great for having other family members come visit. We have been going to Lake City 50 years and stayed in a variety of houses and cabins and this is our favorite. We will certainly be back!'

'Jim was excellent at communicating directions and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area after living in Lake City for so long. Restaurants were within walking distance, and the house was in the middle of town so very convenient. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Lake City. Also dog friendly was a big plus for us as we travel with our dogs so much. '

'From the moment we arrived the place was charming and comfortable! You are greeted by art and beauty everywhere as the rooms are all very well decorated! The loft is a visual delight as well as a relaxing place to retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen is very well organized and fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals for yourself or a crowd!The beds are comfortable with lots of bedding and pillows. The bathrooms are plentiful and the showers have excellent pressure...
