'I liked that the hotel was clean but I was disappointed that there was no one at the counter. You had to ring a bell for someone to help you. The food choices for breakfast was disappointing. The pool area was really dark. They could use more lighting.'

'It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back. 'Room was very nice and bed very comfy. Clean, breakfast was great as was the pool. Fire and Ice has delicious food but some items can be pricey. Overall, a great, quiet stay!'
