'Everything was excellent with the exception of the availability of the pool. There was an off-sight birthday party that was scheduled and the hotel pool was made available to the party. When guests wanted to use the pool, it was full of very small children and was loud without a lot of supervision. It limited our use of the pool.'

'Main annoyances. Took 20 minutes waiting for the desk clerk to finish with person before us and get to us. Told me price was about $11 more than I paid on Expedia. I asked why and he said because of tax. I showed confirmation email showing I paid $13.16 in tax already. Then he said because it was a “late night check—in (because it was after 11 due to long wait) it would come out to actually be three dollars less than what I paid. Then he told me, “There shouldn’t be any problems with your room.”...
