'We will never be returning to the Edgewater. We had some bad customer service. The car shuttle service was excellent, and the valet staff was friendly and nice. However, the front desk and the general manager failed us. When I called requesting housekeeping, the staff member had a language barrier and didn’t follow through on getting someone to come clean our room. But the room smelled quite musky and the AC was changed (turned warmer) while we were out of the room as well as the garbage being cleaned out without us approving for serviceOverall the stay was fine, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. 'I like led that it was an eco hotel with nice sheets and comforter with nice view from the window. Helpful to have fridge in the room and it was kind to have ice waiting for us when we checked in. Not sure why ceiling looks like plywood and there is often not a person at the front desk, but those were minor issues. Conveniently located.'
