'The big things were good, with a few niggles. Great location, food is wonderful. Towels were a bit ragged on one day, no creamer supplied with in-room coffee on one day, and on-demand TV did not work for 3 days despite technician's visit.'

Ligging ook super om uitstapjes te maken. De trolley van het hotel is een aanrader als je naar Universal Studio's gaat. 'Cute hotel but shocking how I got dirty sheets with semen stains on them when I checked in. I called immediately and the hotel offered to take off 1 night of parking (29 dollars) and let someone in the room while I was going to the pool. This was a nice gesture even though I was horrified with the fact that they didn't change the sheets after the last guest! to my horror, after the room was checked by room cleaning again, the sheet was STILL there! I called right away and the hotel apologized...

'Mooi hotel. Geweldig bed en geweldige service van gerry bij het inchecken. Ontbijt goed. Misschien het enige wat we mistte was wat hartig beleg. Heerlijk zwembad en binnen 10 minuten lopen was je bij universal. Wel een stukje via een hellende weg. Metro naar LA vlakbij. Echt een geweldig verblijf.'

'I stayed here before and made a decision to choose this Westin Hotel location again. I am so glad that I did. It was clean, the environment was nice, the staff was friendly and the amenities (courtyard, indoor seating, lobby/common area spaces) were great. I absolutely enjoyed my room with the view of the city. Being this close to restaurants, shopping and other attractions was a definite plus. '
