'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'At first glance the property looks adequate for a short stay but the owners really need to clean the utensils coffee machine etc and the interior toilet area they were covered in dust and dirt also the bedding was stained and ripped at the seems .If your going to charge to clean the place at least do it to a reasonable standard.
