'Excellent house, very spacious and clean. A few constructive criticism comments would make the stay perfect! we didn’t get checkin instructions so had to sit in driveway for 30 min calling and texting the homeowners to get code. The basement had a very strong chemical smell (recently cleaned carpets?) so we didn’t use the Bsmt bedrooms. No garbage bags or toilet paper but they dropped some off after requesting. 'The owner/manager was very responsive and worked to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The living areas are roomy and the views of the water are spectacular. Very peaceful and calming atmosphere and close to Acadia National Park for hiking, biking, and exploring. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.'
