'Overall a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable even though the hotel is a bit older. There was ample parking and a beautiful view. I would absolutely stay here again. I took off one star due to two factors. The towel bar fell off the wall in the bathroom. When I alerted the staff, they quickly reattached it while we were out for the day. But it immediately fell off again. The two ends of the towel bar were too far apart, so simply reattaching the fallen end into the same...

'Amazing property… Colonial style with amazingly clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great view. The only problem is the floors and ceilings are very thin and poorly insulated for sound. We heard every foot stomp over the period of four days and all hours of the day and night. Unfortunately, there was nothing the staff could do, but they tried to be helpful. I would recommend staying in the newer building on the property, which is built with more modern construction techniques'

'Very nice place to stay. That was near Bar Harbor and Acadia. It was far enough away that it was nice and quiet yet close enough to the park for easy access. Lady manager was very very nice. The place was clean pretty and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The location was great. You could walk to Bar Harbor or take the island explorer to avoid paying for parking downtown. Note that taking the island explorer back from downtown takes longer (5 min there, 20 min back) because Wonder View is the last stop. The room was clean and we had a ton of space in a corner room with two queens and a wraparound balcony. The indoor pool was a nice surprise. The outdoor pool was beautiful but it was cold and the weather wasn’t super hot so we only enjoyed it...

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!'

'Very affordable stay near Acadia. The bed could use replacement (deep sunk in spot in middle) and oddly one outlet missing it's cover. Ice is in the office, so be sure to grab during open hours. The showers worked well, but could be picky to get and hold temperature. It was welcoming, though.'

'2nd time here so we like it. You can beat the location. We used to stay at the resort on wwst St but got tired of the noise and children running up and down the hallways. The hotel is super clean and the beds are super comfy. They serve a lovely complimentary breakfast. Dinner is comfort food standards but having the restaurant in house is convenient. Dinner is ok but do is most of the dining in Bar Harbor.'

'We were looking forward to this hotel because it was located close to the downtown. However the staff was not very friendly, wouldn't let us check in early and when the guest laundry washer broke mid cycle and our clothes were heavy with water, the girl on staff told me to just keep running my laundry in the dryer. She had her own basket of laundry with her and it seemed like she wanted to do her own laundry. It took us 4 hours to dry our clothes and we had to stay close enough to the hotel to...

'This place has it all. The Inn is charming. The gourmet breakfast was a delight. The location by the water, shops and restaurants couldn't be better. The staff were so attentive and friendly to everyone. I felt pampered and spoiled and would highly recommend this place to everyone.'
