'This is where you would want to go if you want to stay someplace quiet out of the main touristy area of Bar Harbor. The Inn is very cute like staying at your grandmother’s, it is across the street from Prospect Harbor. We rode in on a motorcycle in the rain from Bar Harbor and Gale was at the door to greet us with two dry towels. 'Room was very clean'

'We loved our stay. The location was perfect - easy walking distance to downtown and just a short walk from the Bar Harbor trail sandbar that is only passable at low tide. The staff were great and the savory and sweet breakfast options were delicious! Plus the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Would definitely stay again.'

'The facilities were clean & updated. Very close to Acadia National Park entrance & downtown Bar Harbor. This was my first time using VRBO & was unfamiliar with trying to communicate with host but he did answer…the check in was confusing because there was no one in the office at all during our stay & had to figure out how to get into the room. Our family was over all very satisfied with this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay.'

'The house and the staff were amazing! The home was beautiful and in a great location regarding park access. The staff was so very accommodating, and even let me check in a little early. If you’re considering staying in an inn, remember that the walls are thinner than a regular hotel. You’re basically sharing a home with others, depending on how many rooms are in the house. Overall, great stay and I would definitely recommend and go back myself.'
