'The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main station. It’s clean, offers minimal amenities, and has a great breakfast. Unfortunately, my stay ended on a very negative note. On my last night, I was locked out of my room after reception had closed. There was no visible emergency contact at the front desk, and if one exists, it certainly wasn’t made clear. 'Leuk, typisch Zwitsers hotel, heel dicht bij het treinstation, hoofdstraat en Gornegrat Bahn. Had een kamer met balkon en mooi uitzicht. Zou dit een volgende keer zeker weer boeken '

'Hotel was further away from the train station then we had thought but that being said the area they are situated was quietier and the Matterhorn views were amazing. We were lucky enough to have a few sunny warm days that made exploring the area even more amazing. The staff was so helpful and the hotel provided all the creature comforts that other hotels have forgotten. I would definitely stay there again.'
